A comprehensive, quality design methodology is the best way to ensure delivery of a quality product. We place great importance in thorough planning, communication, testing and documentation, and this reflects in our results.

Planning and Strategy

To kick-off the project, we will spend a lot of time with you to understand your business needs and requirements. We will go over your existing marketing material and website (if you have one) to make sure the new website reflects and enhances your current business image. We will also analyse your business strategy, marketing objectives, target audience, competition, project and design preferences, ideas, and more.

Creative Process

With the information collected in the planning & strategy stage, we begin to create wire-frames, site architectures, page layout concepts, design and colour schemes, and start on the overall project structure. During this stage we maintain continuous communication with you and take your feedback and comments on board. During this stage we provide you with a detailed deliverable list, and we begin management of the compilation and optimisation of the web content. In this stage we ensure ll deliverables and designs suit the overall project requirements.

Development & Testing

Following approval of the creative process plans and designs, we start the build phase of the project. In this stage we create the website code, graphics, databases and scripts, content pages and all other required functions. We ensure the result is compatible across all modern web browsers and platforms, and we ensure the quality of the work done by thorough quality assurance testing. We will provide you with a secured area online to access the work in progress. Following your review, we perform any revisions if needed, and make final preparations for site launch.

The Launch

After all work is completed, tested and approved by you, we begin the project launch. Usually we launch to a "Testing Environment" first, run an additional round of testing and then follow with "Production Environment" launch. Depending on the server configuration, we may also perform additional performance testing and optimisation. We also provide you with all files, documents and access needed for your website.
